Now that PE2019 no longer burns finished movie to Blu Ray, I have exported an MPEG2 for TV file to copy to USB & place in HD TV. How do i retain Menus & chapters  created on PE2019 ?

It's not possible to export an MPEG or MP4 that includes chapter/scene marker metadata in Premiere Elements -- or any program that I'm aware of.

If you want to burn a BluRay of your movie, it's best to output an MP4 of your Premiere Elements project and then author the DVD or BluRay in a third-party program like the excellent DVD Architect.

Thank you Steve. I now export an MPEG2 file & use  'Cyberlink - Power2Go 13'  to author & burn to Blu Ray disc. I have been using PE since 2005 to make family movies. I am very disappointed with PE2019 for 2 reasons : two great tasks have been removed .... The 'Time Stretch' tool / Icon (ability to Time Stretch directly by dragging clip in Timeline)  &  ability to burn to Blu Ray.
