PE2019 won't import 4k 60fps

Hi all. I am using a Gopro hero 7 and Elements to edit these videos. No issues so far but now that I am trying to 'add media' in 4k, it states -  'error message - this type of file is not supported, or the required codec is not installed. No issue with 2k.

No issues watching, downloading, saving, moving, viewing thumbnails 4k/60fps on my computer.
