Permanently disable Elements Auto Creations

This was suggested back in 2020 and even with PRE 2023 it still doesn't seem possible. I get irritated when I, sometimes, try to rename or delete an item because it's being used in auto creations though I have absolutely no interest in it. I know that I can stop it in Task Manager but I've never used the functio other than to try it out and find the resulting video, of no use at all. I really would like to be able to disable it.

After spending hours on this both on this forum and dealing with an ADOBE Bot Chat then a several different 'Agents', for a while I got no more Auto Creation suggestions on the Welcome screen of Elements 2024. Adobe couild suggest no rmedy to get the default settings changed and stayed changed. I had deleted everything that had 'sneakily' ended up on the Cloud and deactivated Auto Sync succesfully. However today I find not only i Auto Sync back to 'On', the default, it wont let me turn it off. Not only that but I also have a suggested Auto Creation using one of my photos on the Welcome Screen again. Seems Adobe are determoned to keep their access to MY photos wide open. I have checked My Cloud and there are no photos there. So where are the photos that Adobe are accessing to then edit and show me. I feel like every time I use Eelements, Adobe are watching and stealing a photo. Waste of money but I think I'll dlete the programme and cancel my so called membership very soon. Ive just about had enough.

I Also found mine on after disabling it yesterday.
And it then creates errors which Adobe cannot explain and it is impossible
to get real customer support.

Having just spect £100 on a new licence because they revoked my 2023
license for unknown reasons, I wish I had subscribed to MS Clipchamp
instead, which I use to create better into and outro animations.

Chris you may have better luck than I with talking to an Agent, if you can get past the ChatBot. They were very polite and patient with me and tried very hard to sort the problem with Sync and Auto Creations and a couple of other problems. The only 2 problems I have now are the durn Auto Creations (that annoys me every time I open the app). And Auto Sync which tho it is still turned on doesnt seem to be Synching. Another guy here on the forum, Greg, gave me a way to delete all my photos from the Cloud and disable the Cloud. Since then although its still turned on and I get the AI suggestions it doesnt seem to be synching anywhere. I cant find Gregs detailed explanation again but its here somewhere if you have a good search for it.

By the way, the AI suggestions are so purile and silly it actually gives me no inclination to ever use it. Hearts all over the photo mainly or weird clouds and lighting. My concern is that it mainly uses photos of my grandchildren which I dont want public access to. They are password protected on my website so I cant understand how Adobe are accessing them other than hacking my computer. And why would they go to that trouble? Weird.
