permissions problem for Adobe Premiere Elements 2018.ink

When I open Windows 10 on my desktop the One Drive cloud icon in task bar has a red X. When I click on the cloud icon, a box opens with the following message:

"One Drive-Personal. Sync issues. Adobe Premiere Elements 2018.ink. It appears that you do not have access permissions to the item. Ensure that you have the right permissions to allow the item to sync"

I have used Windows File Explorer to search my PC, my external hard drive, & OneDrive. All 3 searches result in "No items match your search".
I have started APE 2018 from the icon on my desktop. It seems to start normally.

Does anyone have advice on how to fix this problem?

Since one drive is a Microsoft product have you asked Microsoft for help?

Consider this case closed. And thank you to Mr. Smith. I did a Windows update & changed a couple of setting in OneDrive & the warning has disappeared. I have no idea which of my actions was effective. I followed some recommendations of Google articles
