Photoshop and Premiere Elements

I have a problem, no sound is heard when I edited video files in Premiere Elements, so I reinstalled the program (both Premiere and Photoshop, I have a DVD with both programs, version 15) because I thought it might fix the error.

Now I get this message when I open Premiere and Photoshop.
The serial number for my Premiere and Photoshop is already used for the maximum number of computers allowed.

You must disable another computer within 30 days in order to use this product.

What should I do.
Do I have to buy a new version, or can someone help me ???
Grateful for help.

Regards Ronny

Scroll down with the bar on the right to make it visible.

You need to type "agent" in  that box before you make another text entry so that you go directly to a real person rather than the Chat Bot.

It has changed a little for the last couple of versions.  If I remember right, with version 15 you had to "register" it in your account at Adobe.com.   Try going there, logging into your account and you may be able to delete specific computers.

Current versions are a little easier because you log in and out in the Help menu from any computer where you've installed under the same serial number.

When you need to deactivate a serial number
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
You may need to PERSIST or TRY AGAIN to find a support agent with more experience

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
.
Also: beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message

If you're installing the programs on the same computer, you should not have this issue. You may want to contact Adobe Customer Care via chat. They'll fix it for you.
