photoshop elements 2021 and premier elements 2021

I use the laptop NOT connected to the internet.

photoshop elements 2021 and premier elements 2021

will these work fine offline?

are they on a disc or what?

anything else i should download?

how do i register them?

 

will premiere do 4k video editing.

i will get a windows 10 to use them as they wont be happy on my windows 7 !

You may do better by buying the disc version from Amazon

 

Note that I do NOT know if the Elements programs have a way to register by telephone

sadly the download files want to connect to the internet as Steve says

also it only downloads some of the files, i saw a tute that shows premiere has some effects that have to be downloaded afterwards.

will it work on our old windows 7 that connects to the internet?

i am typing this on a chromebook. can download but that is about all!

You can buy a disk from retailer.  You can buy a download from a retailer.  My suggestion is that you buy a direct download from Adobe.com and register with Adobe.   After that, there is no need to be connected via internet.  The Elements products are fully functional without an internet connection.

 

One exception is that much of the working transitions and music files will need to be 'downloaded'.   They are not required or part of the initial installation because some may not want to use the disk space for them.  They can be 'batch' downloaded after installation.  

 

Premiere Elements is fully functional with 4K footage.  It is my normal workflow.

Remember there is a free trial.  Try it with your camera's 4K on your computer.  If you buy direct from Adobe there is also a full refund period of a week or two.  Buy boxed discs or downloads from a retailer won't provide that.
