Photoshop Elements 2022 not reinstalling on Mac

for some reason adobe thinks i have a trial version

i purchased Photoshop Elements 2022 in june 2022 from amazon

after failing to load, i deleted and tried to reinstal Photoshop Elements 2022 on my mac

when i load the program i am told "the trial has expired".... i have never had a trial version

if i try to use my activation code the message reads "this code has already been redeemed using a different Adobe ID" i only have one Adobe ID

When i try to download the app on the adobe site i get all the issues above

when i try to contact adobe i get the virtual assistant, which isnt any help

You use that redemption code one time to be given a serial number... you use that serial number to activate

If the seller doesn't cooperate, notify Amazon.
