Photoshop Elements 2023 & Premiere Elements 2023

Habe das Bundle gekauft und erfolgreich installiert. Leider kann ich Premiere nicht aufrufen. Es erscheint die Meldung " Premiere Elements Arbeitsbereich wird geladen", aber es passiert nichts. Auch wenn ich auf eines der Funktionsbilder klicke kommt die gleiche Meldung und verschwindet dann wieder.

To open a chat session, please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

Bob, does that same link work in all countries or just the USA?

I would expect it to work in all countries as long as it is during USA operating hours.
I don't know if all languages are spoken.

If that doesn't work, try starting a chat support session with Adobe.
