Photoshop Premiere Elements not exporting correctly

Question

I am having trouble exporting a video from Elements. I have a video that is around 25 minutes long and I have tried exporting 10+ times and the exported file ends up cutting off before the video ends. It's a different length every time that I export and I can't figure out what is happening. This hasn't happened to me before and I have uploaded 20+ videos.

Which version of the program are you using on what operating system?

What processor do you have and with how much RAM? How much free, degragmented free space is on your hard drive?

What model of camcorder is your video coming from and what format and resolution is the video?

What steps are you taking to output your video and what are the output settings you have selected?
