Playing a Web Dvd

I have created a web DVD with premiere elements 10 of a video approx 36 mins long. I have sent this over the Internet using Google Drive .

While the content of the file was received I cannot get the video to play.

Each individual section of the video can be opened and played but using the "Play Video" command only text is displayed.

Have i made a mistake in creating the web DVD or not using the correct procedure to play the video.

Is elements 10 out of date for this purpose?

Any help would be appreciated.
