Playing videos side by side at the same time

Question

I am currently using Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 as my video editor and was wondering if there was a way to play two different videos of people singing the same song and getting it to synchronize somehow.  I know there is the video collage option but I was hoping to be able to get both people synchronized with the song they are singing.

Premiere Elements does not have an automatic synchronization tool. However, there is a "Picture in Picture" tool where you can combine two videos. One will be on the track above the other and you can move the clip to align with the other. You can resize the clips in the monitor to a side by side position.
