my laptop failed so how do i de-activate premier elements so i can install on a different device? I have on a desktop but would like it on my laptop as well. How do I do this please? it is not listed on my activated products if I sign in either which I don't know why

What version of Premiere Elements? Based on other posts here, there have been changes where it may not be possible to de-activate an installation on a failed computer.

Nicky, you may find what you need to know at these two Adobe links. Basically, if your software is two years old there is limited support. This Adobe sponsored forum is where users can help users figure out how older versions do creative work but with limits on installation issues.
