plugins

im thinking of buying adobe premiere elements 15 and was wondering if any special effects were included or if there are any free plugins to get things like explosions, gunfire, etc. into elements 15????? any help would be appreciated. i noticed i could get things like that with pinnicle for free but i want to get adobe because for the same price i can get photoshop included.
