What operating system?

What is your hard drive setup (how many, what kind, what is on each, and how full)?

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

Re-install it.  If that doesn't work, you may have a broken or failing computer.  The program runs so well on so many computers, it has to be assumed that it will run if installed on a "healthy" computer.
