Premeire Elements 13 problems [was Re: Bought adobe elements 13, Message 'installer failed to initialize'.]

I also have had nothing but ISSUES with Elements Premiere 13. So frustrated and SAD IT IS NOTHING LIKE IT WAS EXPLAINED TO BE.
