Premier 13 menu looks good when started but messed up when reopen

I am having the same issue as this previous poster whose question was not answered: film menu - wrong formatted text after opening again

The menu looks fine when I make it but when it is reopened, anything that has been on two lines is now on one line, sometimes with other symbols between. It also really messes up the buttons on the scene selection screen.

Since I am not the only one with the problem, has anyone come up with a solution?

Almost a week, 66 views and no answers? I'd hate to think that the nice man lied to me.

Honestly, someone else has had this problem before. It has to be a consistent glitch somewhere. We bought the actual disc. It does the same thing regardless of the computer, and on windows 7, 8 and 10. So it has to be the program. Might there have been some discs made that have a problem? Will adobe allow us to get another disc? And if so, who do I talk with? Please give some suggestions. Thanks!
