Premier elements 14 sign in

When I open Premier Elements 14 it asks me to sign in.

However then the dialogue box tells me the browser/OS im using is incompatible. Im running Windows 10 64bit

I downloaded Internet Explorer 11 as that is compatible, I also set it to my defualt. But the problem persists.

It may not make a difference but Internet Explorer is an obsolete web browser.

It has been replaced with Microsoft Edge.
