Premier Elements 15 invalid serial number

I purchased Elements 15 and Premier Elements 15 in 2017; all has worked fine unitl my computer failed-had to replace mother board and reinstall Windows 10. Elements (after re-installing) loads and works fine but Premier says "Serial number is alrerady in use by maximum allowed computers; you need to deactivate another computer or provide valid serial number". I unistalled/re-installed Premier (with valid serial number from Adobe site) but get same message. I would appreciate any advise on how to resolve or a contact number for Adobe. Thanks David

When you can't properly deactivate a serial number
(this is the ONLY support Adobe still offers for old programs)
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
You may need to PERSIST or TRY AGAIN to find a support agent with more experience
