Premier Elements 15 SUPER SLOW

Hi, Im not sure if I am the only one but my elements 15 is so slow on my computer it is pretty much unusable.t is very choppy and delayed when I try to edit a video. Please help! I am working on a PC

    Please give the full specifications of your computer including operating system, processor, processor speed, RAM, hard drives (how many, what kind, what size, how full, and what is on each), and video card.

    Also, what is your media file type and codec?

    Where is the media from?

    Have you rendered the timeline?
