Premier Elements 2018 aus app neu laden

Mein Premiere Elements 2018 ist verschwunden vorher konnte ich gut damit arbeiten. Nach längerer Pause versuchte ich, die noch vorhandene App zu aktivieren, sie reagiert aber nicht. Was mache ich da falsch?

Adobe gibt mir da leider keine Unterstützung.

Für Hilfe wäre ich sehr dankbar.

I'm relying on the computer translations of your question. I hope I understand your question!

In other forums for other products, there have been issues due to an update from Apple that changes the system of permissions. It may be that you can fix this by finding the file permissions system in the operating system and check the boxes related to Premiere Elements. I don't have a Mac so can't verify this. You should also be able to go to your Adobe account where you registered Premiere Elements and download a new installation file. With that you could proceed with an uninstall and reinstall that might fix the issue.

That 4 year old version may simply not work with your new operating system... every time Apple produces a new operating system some old programs stop working

I found a reference in another forum. It refers to Lightroom, but it might be the same issue.

"you may have to go into Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> Privacy -> Files and Folders - then add Lightroom Classic to the Files and Folders giving it the permissions shown."
