Premier Elements 2019, Could not print "filename" because of program error

I am running Windows 10 and Elements 2019 and when printing any file type get a message "Could not print 'file.name' because of a program error.

I have tried the other suggested solutions and none work.

Any recommendations?

Printing a filename? Not sure what you want to accomplish or how you are doing it. Can you provide more information?

Also can you confirm which program you're using? Printing is not a function of Premiere Elements.
