Premier Elements 2021 doesn't complete export. The process will stop at 95-97% without errors.  The .mp4 file is not created. The clip I am tring to create is just a sequence of 4K videos and photos (1 hour duration, output 4k video) with original audio without any effect applied. It takes about an hour and a half to complete the first 95-97% then you can see non more progress. The program doesn't crash. The program allow to stop the process but if I wait (even a full night) nothing happens, there is no progress and no error message. I tried to separate the sequence in shorter parts. With a sequence of about 28 minutes the process is completed correctly. On the 6th June I succeded to complete a similar video of 1 hour and 19 minutes without any problem.

No space problem (more than 3 TB).

ISSUE SOLVED. After many tries I discovered that one of the video clips (about at the end of the sequence) was corrupted. I replaced the corrupted file with a good copy then everything worked normally.

I wonder why Premiere didn't returned any error message but just stopped in some kind of a loop.

Thanks for the answer.

How much free, defragmented space is on your hard drive? If the proces works when you shorten the file, it could be that you've just run out of work space.

Also, if you can output your video if you do it in two parts, there is a workaround. Just output each half and combine the two pieces in a new project and output your final from that.

How did you determine which file was corrupted? I am trying to troubleshoot a similar issue, but all my videos seem fine. Was there something in the properties of the file that indicated it was corrupted? Or would it just not play?
