Does the free trial of Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 have the same functionality as the full paid version?

As far as I know... No... some effects are missing and the output has a 'watermark' message added to every video frame... the watermark may be removed after the program is purchased and activated

If the trial looks good to you, try the paid version.  Adobe gives you a 30 day refund policy.
