premier elements 2021 nead to reinstall once in evrey cupple of use

I need to reinstall premier elements once in a while because it is not opening?

Does anyone have a solution?

I installed ONCE 2-5-21 on Windows 10 Pro 64bit (update 20H2) and zero problems since

 

Correction... original install was 11-23-20 the Feb date was the version 2021.1 update

Sometimes Premiere Elements doesn't shut down all the way and that prevents it from re-opening later.

 

You haven't told us if you're on a Mac or a PC, but on Windows 10 open the Task Manager and see if Adobe Premiere Elements is listed in the Background Processes. If it is, end it and the program should open again.

 

Reinstalling it every other time you use it seems like a pretty extreme step. What made you think doing so was the best solution here?

Can you supply just a little more information such as Mac or PC & which version?

Also any further info that might help the expert users here?

 

I installed PE 2021 once in October on my PC & it has run well ever since.
