Premier Elements 2022 Reload (2nd copy) question

The new computer I purchased for previous software install was not up to the task of editing 4K video. I returned the it and upgraded to a more capable platform. Where do I go to download a no charge second copy?

I hope you UN-installed so your serial number activation was released

If you registered the product when you installed it on your other computer, you can download the program and access your serial number by logging into your account at Adobe.com. Click on your avatar or photo in the upper right of the home page and select View Account. On the page that opens, select the Plans and Payments tab at the top of the page and, from the sub-menu, select Products.

If you purchased it from Adobe and registered it, log in to your Adobe account.

I purchased it from Adobe but I don't remember any registration process. I have have logged into my account. Where to next?

You have to find your serial number. It should be in your Adobe account. It should also have been with your initial purchase whether boxed or downloaded. Without the serial number you have nothing.

Once you find the serial number, you can go to this link.
