Premier Elements 2023 Files don't match project.

Suddenly 2023 Elements stopped taking files I have used all year. When I drag a file in, it says the files don't match the project. I don't know what to do. When I click a choice, I lose my playback screen

I went back to my 2022 version and things work fine.

Any ideas?

That's odd behavior. Along with Ann's request, can you post some screen shots of the errors?
