Premier Elements Crash Help

I have Premier Elements and am making (or trying to make) a video, in MPEG format.  I have updated the latest and restarted the computer after the update  Its Win 7 64 bit OS.

Any ideas?

If you have updated to the latest it would mean you have version 2018.  As a current customer you have access to the online tech "chat" support where Adobe can troubleshoot the crashing.
