We want to install the Photoshop Premier Elements to a PC which is not connected to the internet and so require a full installer package to run from a DVD or USB. Can you please provide a link to the full installer and not just the web installer.

You will not be able to activate it without an internet connection.

Added... even if you find the program on DVD, I do not know if activation is possible over the telephone instead of being connected to the Internet

I have the 2021 version (two versions ago) on DVD but I am connected to the Internet so I didn't check to see if it is possible to have the program generate a code to then call and receive an activation code in return

If you copy the trial version installer to a USB it should work when you add a valid serial number. However, many of the extra components like music tracks and some effects are installed on an as needed basis. I think you will need an internet connection for that.

Hi Bill,

The trial version is only a quick installer that then calls for thr full installer from the Adobe server. We need the full installer package to put onto a USB.
