Premier Elements work with an Apple Final cut .mov?

I make "how to" dvds in Apple Final cut. On a mac.

Usually I burn them using idvd but Apple no longer supports it and the latest version of Final cut wont work with it very well.

So I have a .mov file with chapter markers that I need to burn on a disk and include a cool looking menu with the play movie option and the scene selection option.

It look like premier can do that but before I buy it will it work with my .mov file?
