Premier + Photoshop Elements 11

I used to frequently use these 2 programs on my old PC. Now I have new laptop, but I can't seem to find the download link for these. I bought the licence years ago but I should still be able to download the programs.

Adobe had to change their policy last year.  You can no longer get replacement installation files for programs older than the previous version.  I'm sorry.
