Premiere 12 full license became unusable, because of disabled server? What to do?

I have been using Premiere 12 for years.
After reinstalling Win 7 Premiere wants a key to rander. The program could be installed,
Serial number everything in order.
According to the license agreement, this license is unlimited. How do I get back to a working Premiere.
Premiere 21 is not an option because I use drivers for a large printer only installable to Win 7.
What can I do?
The service says that the server for a login is switched off.

Thanks for help

I am now working my way into Davinci 15. (Win7)
Thank you for your interest.
The support has asked by mail
and then suddenly left without answers.
My problem was a line violation
and not a software problem.
Thank you.

Did it say that the server was shut down or did you just have problems connecting?

If you got an error message, exactly what did it say?

Did you try a different browser?

Hello
It was said that the servers were shut down.
I also tried it on a Win10 machine,
it comes Error 404, for the from Premiere 12 announced
address.

If you are going to only have Win7, good luck finding another program

Win7 is dead https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-7-end-of-life-support-information

>service says that the server for a login is switched off

In that case there nothing anyone, not even Adobe support, will be able to do

You might check at Microsoft to find out if it is possible to set up a dual boot operation on your computer, so you have the choice of starting in Win7 or Win10

Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/ to find information on startup options
