Premiere 14 ne se lance plus / Can't open Premiere Elements 14

Lorsque je clique sur Adobe Elements 14, l'écran de bienvenue apparait.

Je peux lancer Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 ou l'organiseur mais impossible de lancer Adobe Premiere Elements 14...

Cela fonctionnait sans problème jusqu'à maintenant.

Pouvez-vous me dire quoi faire à part réinstaller le logiciel ?
