Me sale este error "Low-level exepcion occurred in adobe player (player76)."

no puedo trabajar con "Aceleración de GPU de Mercury Playback Engine (CUDA) como tampoco (OpenCL). Noto que me sucede cuando trabajo con archivos mogrt. 

¿Cómo puedo solucionar mi problema?
