Premiere 2021 on a disc

It is also probable that the version on the disc will be 2021 where the current version is 2021.1.    I'm not sure of the actual differences, but the update will come with an internet connection.   Another advantage of an internet purchase and download from Adobe is the return policy.  If it doesn't work as you hope or want, you can get your money back.  Retailers are not likely to give refunds on software that has been opened. 

I bought from Amazon to have on DVD, and Internet is required to activate with a serial number
