Premiere element 2020 is corrupt or catalog is cant be updated. Please help I cant edit anything.

Everytime I oven my adobe premire element is says..corrupt or cant be updated.

Mac or Windows, and exactly which version of the operating system?

Have you had an OS update between working and not working?

Windows..Organizer Database corrupt. Failed to recover. The catalog not be opened. It is either corrupt or the version is out of date and cannot be updated.
