Premiere Elements 13 blury/pixely videos

I'm trying to edit some video clips, which were fine and good quality when I put them into Premiere Elements, buut as soon as it rendered they went blury. I thought it might sort its self out when I exported, but I can't seem to find any settings that export the video clearly?

The clips in question are screen recordings from my iPad.

Any ideas?
