Premiere Elements 13 - launching problems

Hello,

after instalation everything was ok (during a few months) but suddenly my APE 13 does not want to start!

During opening the application the information appears: Program stopped to work, seeking solutions by Windows, closing .

This repeats also after reinstalation and always during loading files by APE13 e.g. AEFilterAutoAdjust.aex, but this is not always the same problematic plug-in.

Sometimes there is e.g. MetallicGoldAE.pm and other ones. What happened? Could everyone encountered such a problem?
