Premiere Elements 13 - Motion Tracking Problem

I'm trying to use the Motion Tracking in Premiere Elements 13.

I have watched several tutorials on how to do this and all seem very simple.

The problem I am having is that when I "Track Object" it is only tracking a single frame of my video clip.

The Yellow Rectangle disappears after the first frame of the clip.

If I attach a graphic to follow the motion, it moves for the first frame and then stops (so it doesn't really move at all).

I have tried this several times, reset the tracking, deleted and re-imported the video clip, tried different video clips, tried rendering the clip prior to tracking...none of these seems to make a difference.

Anybody out there that can help??
