Premiere Elements 13 ne s'ouvre plus après le mise à jour 2004

Bonjour,

Alors que PE13 fonctionnait parfaitement, depuis la mise à jour de Windows, il ne s'ouvre plus.

La fenêtre de chargement s'affiche quelque secondes puis disparaît... et plus rien ne se passe. Que faire?

Premiere Elements 13 was written when Windows 7 was current.  It may may be too old to work with Windows 10 and all its routine updates.  If you have the installation files or disks and serial numbe, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling.  You can also try rolling back to an earlier video driver.
