Premiere Elements 13 - Video Editor not loading

Hey all,

Got an issue whereby when I go to launch Elements 13 the program hangs when I attempt to load up the Video Editor - the organiser will load up ok. Have tried reinstalling.. any ideas?

    I understand you are facing issue with the performance of Adobe Premiere Elements 14.

    Could you please provide the following information:

    - Are you using a Windows machine or a Mac?

    - Have you updated your Elements yet?

    - For how long your have been facing this issue?
