Premiere elements 13 where can I download installation files?

For anyone reading this...

IF/When you have a download, be sure to copy it to AT LEAST one external device
-since Adobe does sometimes remove old versions from the server
-a usb flash drive or hard drive, or write to a DVD
-plus a text file containing your serial number

I use a Sata docking station and several 'bare' drives for backup

What operating system?

It may not work on a newer operating system.
