Premiere Elements 14 Slideshow problem

Hi I am creating a slideshow through the Organizer SlideShow Creator. I have selected Classic Black Theme but am having a problem. The pictures that slide left to right and the ones that slide right to left are cutting off the top and the bottom of the picture, which in many cases cuts off peoples heads or other key pieces of the photo. Basically the photo is zoomed in on permanently so the top and bottom of the image are cut off. Is this a known issue, or is there a way to change this. I didn't see much in the way of slideshow options. Thanks.
