Premiere Elements 15

I have a problem in that the audio player in Elements 15 doesn't work when I upload video with sound. The video is fine. The Microsoft audio player works fine when I play a video attachment to emails so it doesn't seem to be an operating problem. I recently re-installed the Premiere Elemets hoping this might fix the proble, however no luck. Any suggestions?

What operating system do you have?

Is this video from a camcorder? Open one of your video clips in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy that text and paste it to this forum. Once we know more about your video's specs we'll be better able to help.
