Premiere Elements 15, adding media from organizer to project assets

PE 15, how to add media from organizer to project assets without adding them to timeline at the same time, this is in Expert mode. Can this be done or is this the only way the system works when using the organizer to add media?

In Premiere Elements, select the Add Media tab. From there you'll find the option to add media from the Elements Organizer.

Thank you, I understand how easy that is in Premiere Elements, but when they are added from the Organizer Tab, (not the other option tabs, when added media from those options, they don't go to the timeline) to the Project Assets, they also are added to the timeline automatically at the same time.  I only want them to stay in project assets and not go to the timeline.
