Premiere Elements 15 doesn't start

Hi,

I have a problem starting my Premiere Elements 15 software. It suddenly stopped working. I tried to re-install it but the same problem occures.

When I start, I get a popup asking me to sign in. Ok, I sign in.

Then another popup tells me to either buy / license / start trial. I of course give the license key.

The next popup tells me to sign in... and the vicious circle is ready.

What should I do? Thanks in advance!

You don't say what operating system you're using, but that could be relevant.

But meantime try right-clicking on the progtram icon and selecting Run as Administrator. See if that solves it.

It's Windows 10 Home.
I tried running as admin but the result was just the same...
