Premiere Elements 15 - How to save a dual monitor workspace

I'm tired of having to reconfigure the PE workspace -- to dual monitor and lay out al the windows -- every time I start the program.

Is there a way to save the workspace (program's windows layout) in Premiere Elements 15?

Thanks.

Thanks Steve.  I don't like it but, it's a short and sweet answer.
