Premiere Elements 15 - locked out of license cause Adobe refuses to sign me out after machine died

Hi,

My machine died and I am trying to install Adobe Premiere Elements 15 on new one. It says that limit of activations reached but I cannot sign out of previous one. Adobe refuses to do anything ? 

 

Can somebody please advise.

    If you can’t DE-activate on an old computer there is nothing any anyone, not even Adobe, can do

    This is because Adobe took the decision to do so i.e. they are hiding behind a wall that they built themselves.
