Premiere Elements 15 Maximum Computers Allowed

Hello, I need to log in to Premiere Elements 15 however it says I have reached the maximum amount of computers allowed. I wish to log out of all the other computers since I no longer have access to them. I contacted support but since it's an older version they can't help me. Please help.
