After all, I decided to Upgrade to the 2020 version.

Thanks for reaching out. Sometimes. it happens that the older version of the application give issues while launching or working with the latest OS updates.

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

There minimal information in your post, so this is a guess.  If it were my computer, I would suspect a disk error because software doesn't change overnight.  If not, it may be that a reinstallation might fix it.
