Premiere Elements 20 File Size Issue

Hello,

 

When I Set a file to export, it gives a size to expect (Using my most recent export as an example) ex: 4.54 GB. However, the actual exported file is only 1.58 GB. 

 

In Version 18 that I used previously, the files nearly matched. Very curios as to what is happening.

Does the original use the same codec, duration and bitrate? Any effects applied?

Turn down the slider to lower the bitrate as in filesize.
